The people over at x-games got tired of having their commercials always looking the same (read : testosteron pumped guys pumping the hell out of themselfs on a skateboard,surf,bicycle or motocross) So they got a bunch of people (I'm one of them)to create something new,fresh and psycadelic. I and motiondesigner Emil Bardh got in on the pitch. We where supposed to design and animate the skateboard part that we had made earlier, but that was changed over to surf, since the concept was better suited on a surfboard. I came up with the idea on having the bottom of the board as a playground for the surfer "Rob Machado". Put together it can be enjoyed to the lovely tune of voice talent Alec Baldwin.
